In 2008 Minsur asked TecProMin and Summit Valley Equipment and Engineering (SVEE) expert company in developing gold-silver ore refination plants whose representatiive for Latin America is TecProMin, to introduce all the information regarding the cuantization and reach level of the jobs that should be performed to carry out the ADR plant ( adsorption-desorption-recovery)
After this task and as a direct result of its quality, Minsur asked TecProMin and SVEE the construction of the ADR plant, which will allow the processing of the rich solutions obtained thanks to a process based on activated carbon, posterior desorption of the same, electrowinning of the concentrated solutions and corresponding treatment of the precipitated arised with the obtaining of the gold bar. For this purpose, TecProMin, with its headquarters in Chile and Perú, and SVEE have developed a complete working plan that guarantees the quality and reliability of the plant.
General background indicate that the operation based on the treatment of the solution rich in gold obtained from the leaching will allow the feeding of a column train designed for a 860 m3/hr flow, an acid wash area, a treatment area for the loaded activated carbon, an electrowininng cell system that permits the obtention of the precipitate and a kilns system that allows both the recuperation of the mercury from the precipitated and the the obtention of the golden bar.  On december 2009 the definitive construction of an ADR plant began with the detail engineering and later with the fabrication of the instruments. This process is under execution at present.
The whole basic and detail engineering developed by TecProMin is oriented to fill the requirements of the designs proposed by Summit Valley so they are executed according the fabrication standards thus ensuring the proper functioning of the plant and fully meeting the customers need. Summit Valley, by his side, carries out the construction of every special operation instrument inside the ADR process such us the ones corresponding to electrowinning cells, retort kiln, activated carbon regeneration kiln and specially his patented development process SPLIT ZADRA STRIP SYSTEM which allows a better energy efficiency during the operation.
